Exam Retake Policy
SISA accommodates exam retake request for those candidates who do not pass the exam successfully in the first or second attempt.
Candidates can attempt the exam 3 times with a minimum separation window of 15 days.
Re-attempt requests will not be accepted if:
- Candidate has previously passed the exam successfully
- Candidate’s certification is on hold or been rejected by SISA’s certification team status based on the exam outcome, audit findings or violation of ethics reported against an individual.
