Appeal and Complaint Policy

An appeal is a call out to the SISA certification division if the candidate/ certified individual believes that any decision related to his/her application, exam, certification status or request should be reconsidered.

SISA’s certification team is compelled to re-consider the case visiting all the data points necessary and try to provide proper reasoning for their decision in writing.

Should the candidate further wish to appeal against this decision, the request will be sent to the Advisory panel governing the certification scheme. The decision taken by the Advisory panel will be considered final.

The candidate is required to submit the appeal request within 7 days from receipt of decision conformation from SISA’s certification team.
